Clarity & direction
Becoming unstuck
Step back from the noise, understand what is keeping you in place, and identify a direction that feels meaningful, realistic, and genuinely yours.
Life & wellness coaching · For women
Encouraging, forward-focused coaching for women who want greater clarity, confidence, healthier habits, and meaningful momentum.
A place to hear yourself again
Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you are too close to it—or carrying too much—to see the next step clearly.
Coaching gives you a supportive, judgment-free place to slow down, untangle what is not working, reconnect with what matters, and turn insight into action. Christina does not hand you a generic formula or tell you who to become. She helps you recognize your own wisdom, build a practical way forward, and keep moving with greater trust in yourself.
Areas we can work on together
Begin with one focused concern or bring the fuller picture. Your coaching plan is shaped around your priorities, pace, and season of life.
Clarity & direction
Step back from the noise, understand what is keeping you in place, and identify a direction that feels meaningful, realistic, and genuinely yours.
Inner trust
Strengthen the way you speak to yourself, make decisions with more confidence, and practice showing up without waiting to feel perfectly ready.
Consistent change
Turn good intentions into supportive routines with personalized goals, compassionate accountability, and adjustments that fit the life you actually live.
A new season
Find your footing through identity shifts, postpartum changes, career decisions, relationship changes, or the feeling that an old version of life no longer fits.
More room to breathe
Notice where your energy is going, create more supportive boundaries, and build a rhythm that leaves space for your own needs alongside everything you carry.
Meaningful momentum
Clarify what you want next, break it into workable steps, and keep moving through uncertainty, procrastination, perfectionism, or loss of motivation.
You may recognize yourself here
You do not have to be in crisis to want support. Coaching can be a place to reconnect, make a thoughtful change, or stop postponing the part of your life that belongs to you.
You are capable and caring, but your own needs keep falling to the bottom of the list. Coaching creates protected space to hear yourself again.
Motherhood, caregiving, work, relationships, or a major transition has changed you—and you are ready to reconnect with the person underneath the roles.
You can feel that something needs to change, even if the full path is not clear. Together, we can turn that knowing into thoughtful action.
What to expect
Coaching is collaborative and practical. You remain the expert on your life; Christina helps you see more clearly and stay connected to the change you have chosen.
We begin with what feels difficult now, what you want to be different, what you value, and what a meaningful result would look and feel like in your life.
Together, we turn the bigger vision into personalized priorities and actions that feel specific enough to begin and flexible enough to sustain.
Coaching gives you a place to notice progress, work through obstacles, strengthen self-trust, and adapt the plan as you learn what truly supports you.
Support between insight and action
Your plan should help you move forward without becoming another standard you feel pressured to meet. Coaching combines clear direction with flexibility, curiosity, and honest reflection.
When an obstacle appears, the goal is not to judge yourself or abandon the plan. It is to understand what happened, learn from it, and choose the next supportive step.
Your coaching plan may include
Personal · Practical · AdaptableThe pace and focus are built around you—not a predetermined program.
Moving forward
Sometimes the hardest part of change is not knowing what to do—it is understanding why you keep getting stuck. Together, we will look at the patterns, beliefs, habits, pressures, or practical barriers standing between you and the life you want.
You will receive supportive, judgment-free guidance to break overwhelming goals into realistic next steps, build confidence through action, and adjust along the way. The focus stays on helping you create change that feels doable, personal, and sustainable in your real life.

Three clear paths
Coaching, nutrition, and hypnotherapy can complement one another, but each remains a distinct service. You can begin with one path and explore another only if it would genuinely support your goal.
Conversation and practical support for moving forward.
Personalized guidance for your body, goals, and daily life.
HypnotherapyFocused work with automatic responses, beliefs, and habits.
Questions are welcome
No. Sometimes the first goal is simply gaining clarity. Christina can help you sort through what feels tangled, name what matters most, and choose an approachable place to begin.
Coaching is forward-focused and centered on goals, choices, habits, accountability, and practical action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a replacement for therapy. Christina will encourage additional professional support when a need falls outside the scope of coaching.
Coaching works primarily through conversation, reflection, planning, and accountability. Hypnotherapy uses focused relaxation and subconscious work. You may choose either service on its own, or Christina can help you decide whether separate support from both would fit your goal.
That depends on your goal and the level of support you want. A focused decision may need only a few sessions, while habit change or a larger life transition often benefits from ongoing coaching and regular accountability.

Begin with a conversation
You do not need a perfect plan before reaching out. Tell Christina what has been feeling stuck and what you hope could feel different. Together, you can choose the right place to begin.
