I’m Christina McDonough, a Washington State–registered hypnotherapist, member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, and Bastyr University–educated nutritionist.
I’m also a former Marine and former smoker who personally used hypnotherapy to help leave smoking behind. I understand that quitting is not simply a matter of being told cigarettes are unhealthy. Meaningful change involves addressing what smoking has been doing for you—and developing healthier ways to meet those needs.
My approach combines personalized hypnosis, practical behavior-change strategies, compassionate support, and preparation for the real-life situations you may encounter after quitting.
You do not have to wait until quitting feels effortless. You simply need to be ready to make a committed change and take the next step.
